Halifax & Dartmouth

We build the website. Then we make sure people find it.

Custom sites and Google Business marketing for local businesses. Two Dal students, one builds it, one runs it, and you deal with both of us.

01What we do

Two things, and we’ll tell you which one you need.

Websites

Built from scratch in code, not dragged together in a builder. Fast on a phone, set up so Google can read it, and the site and the accounts end up in your name.

How we build

Google Business

Showing up on the map when someone nearby searches for what you do. Reviews, photos, posts, and your Google Ads if you run them. Managed every month by a person you can actually call.

How it works
02Recent work

One project at a time, done properly.

A booking site a coach can run himself.

Jordan runs private soccer training and his site was a Shopify template built for selling products. It looked like every other shop and said nothing about what he actually does. He needed one built around what he offers.

Nine pages plus an admin dashboard, built custom in Next.js. Jordan runs the whole thing without calling us.

  • Built · Custom, no template
  • Pages · 9 plus an admin dashboard
  • Owner · Jordan Ellis

03Fair questions

Two things people ask us.

“Why can’t I just use AI to build it?”

You can, and it’ll look fine. It’ll also break in ways you won’t notice until a customer does. We use AI every day, all day. The difference is we can read what it wrote and fix it when it’s wrong.

“Can’t I just do the Google side myself?”

You can. It’s free and nobody’s stopping you. It only works if someone does it every month though, and that’s the part that slips when you’re busy running the place. That’s the whole job.

04How it goes

No mystery, start to finish.

1

We talk.

Twenty minutes, in person or on the phone. What the business needs, not what we'd like to sell you.

2

You get a quote.

In writing, with a date. Every job is different, so we don't put numbers on a website and guess.

3

We build it.

You see it as it goes, not at the end. Three rounds of changes are included. Anything past that, we'll quote it before we do it.

4

You own it.

Site, code, domain and accounts in your name. Stay with us for the Google side or don't. Your call.

05Who you're dealing with

Two Dal students who answer their own phones.

Jeremy builds the sites. Gabe handles the Google side and the talking. Both of us are here in the city, both of us are studying at Dal, and neither of us is going to hand you to an account manager.

That’s the whole company. It’s smaller than an agency and that’s the point.

Tell us what the business needs.

No pitch deck, no pressure. If we’re not the right fit we’ll say so.
